ONE STEP AT A TIME...

01.  I admitted that I was powerless over my addiction, & my life had gotten out of control!
02.  I believed that a Power greater than myself could restore my sanity!
03.  I decided to turn over my will & my life to God as I understood Him!
04.  I made a searching & fearless inventory of myself!
05.  I admitted to God, to myself & another human being the exact nature of my wrongs!
06.  I was entirely ready to have God remove all these defects of my character!
07.  I humbly asked Him to remove my shortcomings!
08.  I made a list of all the people I had harmed, & became willing to make amends to them all!
09.  I made a direct amends to those people whenever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others!
10.  I continued to take personal inventory & when I was wrong, promptly admit it!
11.  I sought through prayer & meditation to improve my conscious contact with God as I understood Him, praying only for knowledge  of His will for me & the power to carry that out!
12.  Having had a spiritual awakening as a result of these steps, I tried to carry this message to addicts, & to practice these principles in all of my affairs!

*My Higher Power Happens to be JESUS CHRIST!
Not everyone has the same beliefs that I do!
It is my belief that you must have a Higher Power in order to turn your life of addiction around!
What works for some don't work for others!
I just want to share the WORD of Jesus & NA!  {What ever it takes to help my brothers & sisters!}
