Off to bed, end of day 12

Day 12 off of Suboxone.. Day 22 off of Hydro.. I started counting my clean time from when I was off the Suboxone since it is an opiate. I didn't consider myself "clean" while taking it. Just as I wouldn't consider someone on methodone maintenece "clean"
I am so tired.. finished all my thank you cards from my wedding gifts.. finally!!  That was alot of work..
I am still feeling good.  I rarely think about pills.. only time is if my neck or back hurts. But I come home take Motrin use the heating pad.. sometimes take a flexirl.. and rest. After awhile its ok..
I keep sayng this but I truely believe that the amino acids and vitamins from Charles Gants book is really what saved me.. it has made me feel even better than I did b4 I took pills.. I stopped my SSRI, haven't needed a xanax in weeks it seems. I haven't even needed a lunesta to sleep in 4-5 days.. I am feeling good the natural way.. actually fixing the problem in my chemistry. I owe my new life to this program.. IF anyone out there needs help feeling better please feel free to ask me any questions about what I am doing.. also reading Charles Gant's book could help you too..there is also a book called "the mood cure" that is supposed to be similiar..

I am glad that you are doing so well!! Since you asked I do have a couple of ?'s. What can help my husband sleep he has gone through detox in rehab off all pills 6-21-2007 they told him in rehab that in 48 to 72 hours he would feel alot better and it has been 6 days he can't sleep, doesn't eat, and his whole body hurts. He has to go back to work before we loose everything. Any suggestions?
