On Suboxone and just found out I am pregnant!!

I have been taking 4 mgs of Suboxone for 6 months now. Two days ago I found out I was pregnant. I am scared to death. From information I have gotten from the internet I will either have to switch to subutex or there is a chance of miscarriage if I stop. I don't want to be on this stuff anymore and I definitly don't want my baby to be born addicted. I know I need to go see a doctor asap but if anyone can give me some advice it would be great.
