One week clean today from OXY!

Finally the one week mark. I am actually feeling great! Soaking up the sun on vacation in Latin America. Could not be a better place to detox from that stuff! I was doing between 160-240MG daily for about a year. I am only 21 and am so happy I have made it this far.

RLS is subsiding but still preventing me from getting good nights of sleep. Valium during the day has helped to relax me alot too.

The good thing is that I am here for another 8 days so when I return back home to the US I will have 15 days sober! The plan to do this on vacataion outside of my normal environment has been such a blessing to me.

So to all of you who think that you CANT quit you really can do it. You just have to be determined. While still using your mind is so fogged it's hard to see past not being on drugs. Let me tell you just after a few days I feel like I finally have my real mind back!

Congratulations on a week whoo hoo.. Latin America say hello to the sun for me we are socked in with fog :) Now that you will be going home clean finish what you had started cut off your dope ties.. You are young remember once an addict always an addict.. Wishing you the best.. lesa
