Over-amped on crank

Hi, I am a 26 year old male and until a few months ago I hadn't experienced any illegal drugs other than marijuana.  Several nights ago I smoked crank, its probably the 4th or 5th time I've tried it now.  I think I smoked way too much in a short amount of time because it didn't feel right at all.  My heart was racing and I couldn't calm down.  I feel really stupid about it now because I just couldn't stop smoking it until it was gone and now I am paying the price.  I haven't been able to sleep much at all the last 3 nights.  Also Im not sure if it was coming from my stomach or my lungs but I was throwing up small white chunks that looked like the crank and last night it also looked like a little blood.  I'm really worried I might have damaged myself.  After this experience I have vowed never to do any hard drugs again and will stick with the marijuana.  I am thinking of seeing a doctor but I am ashamed of what I did and would rather it just go away on its own.

coke was the first drug i ever shot up. i thought that coke was
over-rated and for sissies. Now methadrine--ah you get your moneys
worth of rush and zoom. Listen to Bob Dylan's "Highway 61 Revisitid." There is a song on there called "it takes a lot to laugh,it takes a train to cry." This song hits the crank expierence
right on the head. Now your young and probably have an excess of good health- see that's the target market for speed (crank). now
that song i told you about, it was written in the mid '60s when i
was shooting crank. nothing has changed much since then. nothing
new happens in  the world of drugs (except what happens once you get clean).

Do your self a favor go get honest and checked out by a doctor. if
you were like me when i did crank, do the doctor a favor- take a
bath, brush your teeth, and put on some clean clothes before you
go see him.... trust me on this one, i can smell a crank head before i see one. do yourself a favor- clean up your body, clean
up your act.

If you are throwing up blood then run don't walk to a med center. If you are ashamed now, how you gonna feel if you wake up in a hospital or not at all? Whats done is done.......learn from it and go on. Please get checked before you do some major damage. **** happens......take care of business NOW! God Bless you and keep you.
