Oxy withdraw

I am trying to detox myself from oxy contin.  The problem i have is i don't have medical insurance, so going to the doctor is out of the question.  I need to know what i can do to sweat it out.  What over the counter goods can I purchase to help with my withdraw.  So far im stocking up on water so I can try to flush it out of my system.  I current use about 1 80mg oxy a day.  Not too much, but enough to make me feel the effects of an withdraw.  Please Help!!!

welcome to the forum!!  on the bottome right hand corner of the page is something called the thomas recipe and the amino acid protocol, it works wonders for many here.  i am sorry you are having such a tough time now, but ask anyone that knows, it DOES get better,,hang in there and keep posting..much luv and good luck

welcome!   You can do this and won't need to go to the doctor in order to get through it.  follow cgmomma's sugg about the thomas recipe.  It will really help.  you'll be happy you did it in a few days.  Post your questions, and comments as often as you need to for moral support on here.
