Oxycodone / Suboxone - no withdrawal yet & want to take my Suboxone

I'm new & I have a serious trouble. I wasn't ever on really anything before (just during bad periods) & was given Suboxone for 2 yrs. by prescription (I req. a non-opiate painkiller.) I've taken it daily as directed (1/2 strip AM & PM totalling 1 whole strip in a day, sometimes less.) After a short time on the Sub, I noticed I "needed" to take some on a reg. basis. Well 5 days ago I decided to stop the Sub & go back to my regular pain meds "just as needed."  I started withdrawls within 16 hrs of stopping the Sub. They were mild though. Minor aches, slightly dialated eyes, some chiils, flu symptoms but nothing more. I took part (1/4) of my Oxycodone 30mg tablet. Felt better but not "normal." I took another 1/4 an hr later & felt closer to normal. I knew I'd have to wait to be in w/d before restarting my Sub so I was "in a pickle." I didn't want to have to take anything at all! I called around to see if there was some magical way to get me off everything but all I found were detox centers. I found a very nice doc who prescribed me Suboxone, he said wait until you're a 24 on the COWS scale. I waited 12 hrs before & had SUCH BAD W/D I'd HAD to take my Oxycodone to even get into his office!! I went home that night & timed my last dose EXACTLY so I'd hit the 12 hr mark while there IN the office & he could give me the Suboxone. I arrived but my symptoms had somewhat subsided. He said I either still had Opiate in me OR I was a medical issue. (I'M DEATHLY AFRAID OF PRECIPITATED WITHDRAWALS BY THE WAY!?) I arrived on time but he said I wasn't in enough withdrawal. I was so discouraged!  It had been 12 hours!! I was in PAIN!! He said, "Kelly, you're really worried about the time issue...so can you follow these directions?"  He wrote down 5:pm on the paper & told me my withdrawal would have kicked-in BY THEN.  I woke up at 4:30 & actualy felt BETTER than before!?  WTF!!  I was somewhat withdrawing, (aches, watery eyes, yawning & skin felt on fire) but he said "well maybe you should go to the ER."It had been 16 hrs by then & I was SO discouraged & afraid. He doesn't seem to be interested in helping, because he said I needed to just go into withdrawal & take the meds. But the w/d doesn't seem to be happening.  MY LAST DOSE HAD BEEN 3/4 OF A 30MG PILL AT 10:30PM. I had to get to work so I took 1/2 a pill (15 mg) & went to work.  I want to know when the withdrawal will happen sufficient enough for me to NOT experience precipitated w/d which I'm so afraid of & HOW LONG do I have to wait?  He seems to think that perhaps what I was experiencing was actually Suboxone w/d & had "medicated myself through it by using the Oxycodone." That maybe I didn't need to take anything at all.  But I felt HORRIBLE, just no stomach cramps, nausea, dirreah, chills or any of that.  WHAT should I do & how should I do it?  I'm so afraid of precipitated w/d!!  But I know without going back to the Sub, I will feel awful again.
