I will be going to the doctor tomorrow and I don't know if I should ask for more or ask for  40mg pills and taper. I'm unsure of how to proceed. I am taking 80mg twice a day because that is what I had.  I know I could get by with less or should I quit or even ask for percocet.  Do I sound confused or what? Thanks for your time

Yes I got them from my doctor for chronic pain. I went to accupuncturist and that helped which is why I did the Suboxone. Accupuncturist cost too much for me to handle and I had leftover oxys that I am presently taking.

hi welcome to the forum......and yes you can do it yourself we do home detoxes here everyday it will help you to start going over some of the posts to see what to expect
no 2 withdrawals are the same but usually its a 4 day deal with you coming out of it on day 5
look at it like ketching the flu the symptoms are similar with some added anxiety
try not to let fear into the equation its always worst in our minds then it turns out to be
the best thing you can being to the table is a positive attitude that will help more then any one thing...this is truly a battle one or lost in ones own mind its 1/3 physical 2/3 mental be ready to fight on both fronts look to the lower right hand side of the screen there is something called the thomas recipe pick up the stuff suggested also pick up some highlands restful legs...its good for rls that lots of people get doing this....a hot bath will releave most of the symptoms you may need several a day get comfortable with the saying ....''you just got to be ok without being ok for a wile''   the symptoms are only tempoary...now a few questions if you dont mind how much are you using and for how long?? post back with that it will make it ez to help you so post back when your ready to start this let us know you will receive plenty of support we look forwar to helping you
you dont have to live like this any more good luck and God bless.....Gnarly

Six months ago I used Suboxone to get off a 640mg habit. Did real good until I hurt my back.  I got real depressed with lots of pain and started to take them again. I'd like to get off and heard of tramadol helping. Suboxone withdrawal was awful for me. This site makes tramadol sound like a bad idea. Beginning to think I have to go away or go to rapid detox.
