Panic attacks are back, and I'm taking a break...

I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm going to take a break from the forum for a little while.  I've been struggling with the panic attacks again.  I think it's because there's so much to do, and I feel so overwhelmed.  Sometimes I think a black cloud hovers over me, and everything happens to me at the same time.  Lately I've had that "fight or flight" feeling and it's wearing me out.  Usually I am much more upbeat, and I know I'll get over this.  If anyone needs me, please pm me or email me.  I will still be around.
Much love,
Yoda (Linda)

Morning Sweetie!

I am so sorry to hear about the panic. I know it can overwhelm you, especially this time of the year and with all you have going on. I am worried about you and wish you would not leave here, but you know what is best.

You know where I am...just a buzz away...

Please take care of yourself and be good to yourself. You deserve it!

Thank you all for your kind responses.  I didn't even think about checking the forum, but I got a notice in my email that I had a private message.  So I signed on to check my inbox, and then went to the forum.  All of you are so kind and it makes me feel better just knowing that someone cares about me.  I'm not leaving; I'll still be around.  I just want to be able to help people, and I don't feel like I can be very helpful right now in the state that I'm in.
Much, much love,
Linda
