Percocet/oxycodone and quitting

So ive been taking percocet for two years, every day. It all started when i got a tooth pulled. I was on the percocet, while on them i still had to go to work and it just made the day fly by. It made me concentrate more..It made everything better....until now.

I am so consumed with this ****** addiction and im ready to kick this habit. It has effected myself,my family,my financial security and my relationship...I spend about $80 a day 7 days a week. You do the math..Its terrible. Ive never had a severe withdrawl i guess im more worried about how its gonna be. I take 30-100mg per day. Recently i have gotten myself down to 60mg-75mg per day. it took me two days to taper down to that.
Am i rushing it? Whens a good time to just stop. I dont wanna quit cold turkey but i dont really have an option. I would like to get suboxone to help with the withdrawl but i cant find it.I know if i had something to help with w/d i could quit no problem. Its not the urge to get high that makes me wanna take them when i get sick...Its geting sick...With everything else as messed up as it is i know that as long as im not gettin sick i can tell myself its not worth it..Is there any vitamins or foods i should eat while going cold turkey?
Any otc medicine to help like advil, tylenol, etc?
Any information will be helped. thank you
-steve

Steve have your read the thomas recipe on the bottom right of this page? I try to encourage people to have some or all of these things on hand before the jump to warp speed. It is [was] nearly impossible for me to function let alone shop, God bless my dear bride. My doctor said I could take up to 2400mg of motrin a day for a while to help with the pain. She also gave me a scrip for clonodine for my blood pressure which I have to watch. Your dose is high to jump from but certainly not a record here, not saying I won't really respect your toughness for pullin this off. I'm with ya man, I never never imagined this had a hold of me so hard physically. What an experience! I forget one of these nice poster's here, said it's supposed to be this hard and miserable so we don't forget it. God bless ya, Steve and give you strength! Post when yu can......Frank

Yes, all this stuff helps, but I think Gnarly may have said it first. There just ain't no get out of jail free card. Tapering if you can do it, and you are will lesson the wd's somewhat. But with that high a dose for that long, every cell  of our bodies is intoxicated, saturated, and will take several days without taking any to get this crap out of your system. That's just how it is. I don't wanna sugar coat it, or make it worse, but this is the devil were trying to kick out of our house, and he don't wanna leave without a fight. You already know what the deal is that's how we all found this site. We know that's life is better without narcotics, it is and it's what you want, just gotta pick your time and make your move, You can do this, we are all pulling for ya and want you to suceed.
