Yes worried878 your calculations are right...that is the average when I calculated it too..I am trying the taper method you spoke about..In the last 12 hours I have only taken two percocet at 3am when I couldnt sleep anymore..had had nothing since 4pm yesterday...I have not taken any Oxy IR's since one yesterday morning so almost up to 24 hrs on that one and no T3's since as well...figure only two percocet when I got up instead of 4 with a 20mg IR and some T3 has to be a step in the right direction isnt it???
Thanks for the advice...check your inbox ..i answered your msg..

Ur oxycontine is IR///instant release...so it is really just 20 mg of oxycodone/roxies..but same drug...so u can group the percocets and the oxy ir into one category ..i realize it is easier to quit the T3s but it would help u while u taper off the others...Or u could go CT off of all of this but it would be a humdinger ..so ur percs/oxycodone are 5 mg...so u r taking 100 mg a day of those and 20-60 mg of the oxy IR/oxycodone as well...so say on a day that u take 2 IRs u r averaging 140 mg of oxycodone a day...does this sound right?....i will pm u...u will need to taper a bit even if it is a short one and get urself geared up......many have done this on a higher dose than that...u can use the t3s to help u taper or just ditch them and taper with the others...also depends on how many u have..i will pm u...check ur inbox

Everything wanna said is true...also on the right side of the screen on the top check out the Health Pages the Thomas Recipe is awesome and all the vitamins and amino protocol are very helpful... replacing things the drugs stole from our bodies while using! I got a GNC gold card and went shopping. Alot of times sleeping is an issue during w/d so try the melatonin to sleep....it's a natural sleep aid.

Keep posting all you want! Read on here all you can! You can do this and will be so happy when you have done it....this forum is awesome and really helpful!
If you ever need to chat PM me ok?

Well admitting and realizing that fact are the first step.  You can stop these pills, but realize that treating your disease is going to take a lifetime of work.  Just because the pills are gone, doesn't mean the disease is.  If you are serious about wanting to quit, you can do it!!!  I agree that you should focus on one drug at a time.  Start w/ the T3's since you can pretty much take or leave them.  Go a week w/o any.  Then take the oxy away for a week, then try to wean down on your perks.  Have someone you trust hold and distribute them, or you'll end up like I did taking handfuls at a time to get high.  The goal is to lessen w/d symptoms, but NOT TO GET HIGH.  Its hard to do when that's what you're used to.  knowing you have access to the pills is really hard so having someone hold them is a big help.  Avisg can give you some excellent advice on tapering (since i have never been able to successfully).  But, do one at a time, and remember- this is going to take some time.  Be patient w/yourself.  Talk to others here often....as much as you need/can.  Welcome, and good luck.

just to add as  I noticed it wasnt in there, the perks I take are about every 3-4 hours apart but as I said have taken up to four at a time, sometimes only two, depends on the day...I still am not sure what has caused me to even do such a stupid thing..now that I am adding it up somedays have = 20 or so perks with the 2-3 IR's, T3's are not as regular based as the perks..

I am horrifed to say when I wake up in the morning is the worse, today I took one Oxy IR 20mg, with four perks...Then a couple hours later I took four T3's, prob because I am causing myself such a headahce its almost unbearable..The T3's I can take or leave, they so not seem to be as big of an issue as I have gone without them many many times..those I have stopped before many times and know I can again..the Oxy IR 20mg I usually only take twice a day ..the most was I have taken one 3 times in a day...the major issue I know I am going to fight is the perks..as I take them even when I have taken and Oxy IR, took them together.. I have finally admitted to myself that I have been taking up to four perks at a time sometimes..not all the time, sometimes have only taken two or three...they are my fear ...the perks..I have gone without the T3's as I said and have even only taken the IR once in a day and sometimes none, but the perks, never go without..havent for about five years now...

The easiest way may be to quit one at a time beginning with the oxy IR, then the percs and then the T3s....u say u take all of these at once...but how many of each do u take each day?
