Please Help

MJV
I have been reading your posts for the first time today and I really need help.  I think I am an addict.  I have been on vicodin consistantly for 2 months.  I don't think my doctor will refill another request.  It has been 2 days since I have taken anything and I feel terrible.  I want some pills so badly just to take the pain away.  Nobody in my life knows about this because I am so ashamed.  I have been through this process before.  Using and getting off.  It just seems so hard this time.  I am soooo achy and exhausted.  Does anyone have any advice that can help me get through this.  I have even considered turning to the black market to find something!

Please don't do the whole black market thing. You do not wanna backslide and go through this again and again.  Try Lisa's advice.  I've never used it, but I've read so many people's stories who have.  It will pass, please hang in there and keep posting whenever you need to.

Um, please do not do that. CLick on my name and go into my profile, look at the journal entry called "The Thomas Recipe" it is a list of thing/items you can get to help with the w.d process. It is tough, but if you have done it before you already know there is hope. And that things will get better. Good Luck, Welcome and please keep us posted on your progress...If you need anything, let me know...
