Please help me

Hi, can anyone help me, i sufferred panic attacks about 2 years ago. My psychiatrist gave me a prescription for xanax when i have attacks. Only recently i have been taking xanax 1mg daily and now i want to break the habit i feel as though my anxiety is coming back stronger. Fatigue, sleeplessness and severe anxiety is so frightening. Anyone have any suggestions on the easy way out. Thanks guys

there really is no easy way out when it comes to kicking drugs, but i do know of some natural remedies to help with anxiety if you are interested, PM me. christina

thankyou very much that would be greatly appreciated. Do you know how long i will feel terrible for? roughly.? i wish i didnt abuse xanax as it was given to me for when i have attacks but i feel so amazing when i have them. im so confident and strong and on top of things why cant you feel like this all the time.
