Please help

I went from 40mg down to zero in 4 months. I'm on my 4th full day off and down really have bad WD just a a little trouble sleeping last night. I was on it because I used for a week while pregnant and had to come off, I still felt like I was using drugs. Though I know it is but I was running a muk out there. Anyways will they get much worse I knew girl that did it the same way but starting using others drugs to cope with coming off and that didn't work out good. I'm just nervous and I want to stay mentally strong and just get the next 2 weeks or whatever over with.

Hi, I'm sorry, your post was very hard to follow. What drug are you on? Are you pregnant right now? If so, do not stop or start ANY drugs whilst pregnant. Talk to your doctor asap
