Not much worked for me except time. I took super hot baths with Epsom salts, took hylands legs. It would help for just a little while. My rls went away at about 3 weeks. What else I would do is lay my lower legs on a heating pad at night. Helped a little but I think you just have to wait it out. It'll go away eventually. There are meds for rls but I wouldn't get scripted that unless u have rls that's not from the detox/wds. Good luck with it it is the worst feeling especially when your past the bad wds and the rls will not go away. It seems like it's an eternity but it will get better.

Are you drinking enough?  You really need to push those fluids: water,juice,gatorade,etc..
Drink a lot!  Also, minerals: magnesium, potssium, calcium. Get a good multi vit with minerals. It will help. Buy some Hylands Restfull Legs @ Walgreens/Walmart. Take 3 tabs to start.
Dehydration is the cause of most symptoms.   Good luck!
