it was approximately day 18 @ 4:34 PM......I felt like inviting my wife in to look, like a proud toddler who just used the potty correctly for the first time.....LOL!!!!!! I was going to mention this in an earlier post but I had not seen anyone mention it...nice to share a laugh with everyone..
well in day 26 i have failed to plop a few times in the last week, so i am sure what I eat does effect it...but hey i look at it this way i have lost about 15 lbs which makes all my cloths fit terrific..... they say there is a silver lining in every cloud...I guess even this group can find them...Happy new year to you all.....
