Prescription for Peace & Getting Clean

I just wanted to share this with anyone that is having problems with anxiety or staying clean. Below is a prescription for anxiety from the Word of God. These verses helped me with my anxiety, they may help you too. God want us to take drugs of the throne and place Him back on the throne of our hearts. He loves ua all equally with so much love it can not be measured.


Psalm 55:22 (New International Version)
22 Cast your cares on the LORD
       and he will sustain you;
       he will never let the righteous fall.

1 Peter 5:7 (New International Version)
7Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

Matthew 11
28"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."

Philippians 4
Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! 5Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. 6Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.  8Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. 9Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.

We need to remember daily that life is a gift!!!!!!!!

We did nothing to create ourselves or do we deserve anything more than what we have. We can all find something to be grateful for each day when we have the right & positive attitude!! If you are new to this site and are struggeling, post, talk it out and let God work through others to guide and help you.

You are such a radiant soul, casting light amongst the darkness. Through people like you and others on here, people who are caught in the dark might see enough light from posts like these to find their way. I pray for all of us, that we might all see the light. I finally saw it 2 days ago and although there have been many clouds that have come and gone, some real dark ones too, the sun surely ends up shining through as long as we wait for it and not give into darkness. You guy's are beacons of Light on this earth for the lost and suffering. His Light shines through all of you for the lost to find shelter. We who are recovering have been given a new life from Him as a free gift.  All he ask's is that we share what He has given freeley to us with others so they may too experience the love of God's people.

I know for a fact that when I arrived here reading posts and communicating with others that God was using this site and you guy's in a huge way. Thank you all for the support and prayers.  You all inspire me in my daily walk to stay away from drugs.
