Problems with headaches after going ct? Read this..

Hello all..thought I'd share something that has helped me, and something I didn't know the first time around. Like a lot of us here, I like taking pills. When I get an ache, pain, whatever, I take something. After going cold turkey the first time, I said I was through with tylenol. So, I bought tons of Advil and Aleve. I started taking doses ever few hours. Anyway, I have been doing research on rebound headaches. It's headaches that come from taking too much pain medicine. It just starts a cycle. This time, during my ct, I have only allowed myself the recommended dosage 2 the first day, 1 time the second, and none the last two days. It has helped immensely this time. Please, if you are going or have gone through withdrawals, and are taking lots of OTC stuff, please google rebound headaches and read up.
