Definitely - the exercise is a HUGE benefit to making you feel better. Getting those endorphins going is only going to make you feel better physically and equally importantly MENTALLY!!! So keep doing it! And um, not sure on the max dosages for the valerian root but I'm sure if you google it you'll find some credible information. :)
thanks! I came home and walked the dog for an hour, i am wondering is sitting on my butt is making it harder? Maybe if i force myself to get up and do something i'll feel better. HOT showers for the anxiety and that restless thing would help me - albeit temporary benefits so I would take sometimes FOUR showers in a night!! lol But they really helped. And the valerian root is good for anxiety too.
But most importantly - CONGRATS for not asking for the meds from your Dr. It's a good feeling isn't it when you can walk away from that setting feeling stronger for staying firm in your resolve? Happy to hear you doing so well. :) p.s. and more congrats for refusing to take anything else going forward - it might get a little rough but nothing you won't be able to handle with the home remedies.
