Thank you much I am truly trying. Course I am not as young as I use to be either............pushing 60 so that helps with the no energy.
I've been taking vitamins and such and maybe one day I will be my ole self.

I THINK that alot of the Depression has to do with getting OFF of the DRUGS, I know that I still suffer from depression and lack of energy and I'm on day 55 of being CLEAN... (who would of thunk)
I DO KNOW that if I get a little EXERCISE in there EVERYDAY I'm ALOT better..
can be as simple as just WALKING.. but.. it DOES HELP... something to do with kicking in your NATURAL ENDORPHINS...

The paxil works a lot like the tyrosine but wont hurt anything. A lot of docs actually recommend it to boost the paxil if needed. If the paxil is working tho then there is no reason to take the tyrosine. But you need to take the tyrosine in the morning.

Glad I didn't buy it first thats why I posted here to find the ups and downs of it.
I did start taking a good Multi-Vitamin and E plus a B-12 tab everyday. I guess it can't hurt to do that.

I would be careful with taking the L-Tyrosine w/ the Paxil.. I have heard that you shouldn't take ANY anti-depressant with L-tyrosine...

walmart here dont carry it either, and yes no one knows beans there either.
most weight lifting mixes have all the aminos, and many are branched chain. sure seemed like thye helped me alot,with milk which has it naturally.
Thats why I prefer the acetyl tyrosine. Doesnt give you the shakes and such. I got mine from the health food store because my walmart didnt have it nor does walmart have anyone that knows about the stuff.
one of the mods here,mentioned being cautious with L tyrosine. I think I discovered what she meant. I was taking it after major wd's, trying deal with fatigue and motivation issues and at first it did not seem to do much for me. after a week or so of regular use,I quit and it seemed to mess with me, like mental stuff. it was like a minor wd from it or something...... nothing major, just not feeling good mentally

Tyrosine is safe. You need to take b6 with it or your body wont absorb much of it. I use N-Acetyl tyrosine with b6 in it already. The tyrosine gets the norepinephrine and dopamine going. Gets your brain back to normal. The L-tyrosine doesnt have the b6 in it and it is also harder for the body to digest because it isnt very water soluable or stable. Conrads on day 4.
