Hello, hello All!

First off I have been clean for 17 DAYS!!  Doing so well and enjoying this holiday season very much.  Hope you are also, and if not well it's not to late to change the way you think and get in the spirit.  : )

My question is....Why is my restless legs coming back after it being gone for days?  So weird to me.  Anyone have an insight into this issue?  Hylands does not work for me unfortunely.

Congrats to everyone that is CLEAN even if it is only for an hour.

Now that is is coming into the night hours my legs are going crazy!!  How is it that I feel so good and my legs are soooo CRAZY!!

Congrats on the 17 day!!!  Yay!!

I never used the hylands - I eat a banana every day, closer toward the end of the day.  It helps with my rls so much because of the high potassium.  Maybe it might help you?
