try advil pm if you haven't already....may help with cramps and sleep. did for me. also warm herbal tea and bath.

If you have a DR that understands you could ask for clonidine and quinine for the legs, he may give you some valium like 10 to help sleep.

flexeril MIGHT help... they never helped me...but my husband says they helped him...worth a try...stick to prescribed amount though.

it may. I was doing some research on it before I realize it was due to my drug usage and found that for a long time it was the only treatment most drs prescribed. There's more out there now (at least going by the commercials).

I am taking flexeril for the rls and it seems to help me. I am on day 11 and was having very bad rls at night. I did buy some Valerian Root and it also helps with sleep. I only took 1/2 flexeril last night. I hope to take none tonight. Trust me as horrible as the nights are at first. Every night gets better. You are doing GREAT! Keep going !
