hot baths help alot too, if you can take some. Put some Epsom salt in there, they really stopped my restless legs and helped me to sleep too, good luck!
Hi~ I agree with above...It's Hylands Restfull Legs @Walgreens or Walmart or Tonic Water. Also, calcium and magnesium and vit.C tabs. You should be taking a variety of vitamins anyway during and after withdrawals. See "the Thomas Recipe".
Good luck~

You can try Hylands Leg Pain (something like that), it can be purchased at Walmart. Also try Bananas/Sweet potatoes (for potassium) or Tonic water. Quinine, which is (or used to be) in tonic water is one of the best things for RLS. I believe Hylands does have some quinine in it.
Also hot baths, then wrapping your legs in ace bandages may help. Just don't wrap to tight.
Hope this helps. RLS is a b-itch.
I nop the rls for me is crazy and I'm on day 4 the only thing I can recommend is potassiom pills or the stuff from walmart fopr rls but that stuff didn't help the potassiom pills did some.
Baths in epsom salt
Hylands Leg Cramps or Restful Legs (I take the cramp one it has quinine in it!)
1000 mg Mag/calcium at night
If all else fails, a doc can prescribe some medicine (non addictive) that can help it, but the above things should help some! I have more cramping than RLS, and the things I listed help, but the first two may have to be repeated a couple of times a day when needed!
I ate enough bananas for a zoo full of monkeys, and it didn't help me at all, so mine is really bad! I do know that potassium is great for treating the symptoms of RLS and cramps.....just not mine!!!!! : )
