RLS info on hylands

Well I have been taking alot of hylands restful legs..lol.. I found out not to get the one for restful legs but the one for leg cramps with Quinine in it. If you are no able to find it you can drink Tonic water before bed will also help. Tonic water also has Quinine in it. Hope this helps anyone with rls. i was having real bad leg cramps and my doc told me to take magnesium pills....like 500mg a day.  it has helped me so much..just thought i d pass along this info...maria

I agree that the Restful Legs doesn't work and you need to get the one with quinine also.
