My worst symptom was RLS...I know exactly how you feel :(...It is miserable...This is some things that helped me:

Hot baths, then wrapped calves with ace bandages..
2 heating pads, for each leg..
Zanaflex-- a muscle relaxant..
Aleive

I only had RLS at night, which didn't help because i was not getting much sleep....One night I slept in the bath tub, and would just add hot water...Mine went away with time...Hang in there, I promise it will get better!!!

Well, to be honest with you, only clean time will get rid of it. The farther along you get without anything in your system, the better it will get. I am sorry to hear your having a hard time, RLS was one of the worst of my symptoms as well. I can tell you some things to get that will help though. Get bananas, the potassium in the bananas will help with the RLS, eat as many as you can, they HELP. ALso go to the nearest Drug Store and buy Hylands Restless Leg. Its an Over the counter med that will help with the RLS. Exercise and walk, warm baths in espon salt. DO all of this and you should diminish your RLS greatly.

Good Luck, Lisa

Some even have wrapped their legs in ace bandages for this.  Warm baths and bananas should help.  It will get better with time.  Just keep going forward.  You can do this.  Stay strong       sara
