Realizing Day 4 is Day 3 1/2

I woke up this morning ... the 4th day off of oxy 30's.....     and realized it's actually only the 3rd FULL day.  The day I called the First Day... I actually had a couple of them early on in the day, then started to come off them in early afternoon.  this morning was by far the worst. Soaked in sweat, hyperventilating, freezing and hot, muscles seizures, banging my head into the shower wall for relief (that really hurts NOW!), etc.   I feel like I'm almost out of this... it's been 72  + hours since last pill and the last day took far less (2 in the AM) than all the prior days.  That first/last day was Thursday.  I hope to God that I'm over the worst of it physically.  Don't have a whole lot of experience in this arena. It's pretty terrifying!   Don't want to become experienced in this arena either!  NO WAY!  Thank you so much to all of you God-sends for responding to my post yesterday.   I really did keep all of you , and others that I read about, in my prayers.   It was so much better to not feel alone!   Thanks a million.  More than I can ever express.  I hope all of the physical worst is behind me.  Please God.....    I'll have to contend with the horror of my own shame and guilt later.......

I would say the withdrawls have most likely peaked...You've been really strong!  Keep up with your fluid intake and eat!  

The unknown IS scary. Now, you know and it shouldn't get any worse than this...

Don't worry about what happened. I see exactly what you did and I understand why...not that I can do anything about it!!   I'm a member just the same as you are !

You were right to send a note to MedHelp. You made a mistake. You weren't intending to cause harm,anger anyone,break the rules etc...I can see that...

The person who got in your face is a CL. Not a manager or employee of MedHelp. He's a volunteer.  I can say that,I agree,he came on a little strong. He's always like that. He goes by the rules and doesn't take any BS. He doesn't know you and he thought the worst.
You'd be shocked at the number of people who sign up with different screen names so they can "harass" others ...he was being cautious I guess. I doubt very much that he'll post here.

Please let it go. It was an honest mistake.  But,I'm thinking he did SOMETHING and maybe that's why I can't send you a private message...Hmmm...

All I can say is THANK YOU for this miracle. You are truly the best!  Whoever helped with this... I'm so grateful!  It was proof of something wonderful and I needed to see that!  Feeling so much better today, and in awe that an online community would go to bat for me and prevail!  ANGELS!    Getting through day 4 1/2 is better.  No only my mind (not my body) is tormenting me a bit.  But the message from you that I was "back on" truly was a gift.  I'll never forget it.  It's not at all a small thing. THANK YOU!
