Whent to visit the rehab today its only got 5 ppl in it as a lot have run or have leave to go home for xmas. Its locked but if kim came to see me i would be a loud out for 1 hour.bt you have to be tested for drugs wh en i went back. Kim thinks its nice and could be my last chanceto beat my addiction all in all i would give it a 9 out of ten. Plus they work the12  seps, the have a meeting everyday the man told me that they would bring me down then build me back up.I did like what i saw plus its Edinburgh my home town so il be all wright for visits. Frank also said if any1 offers me drugs while im there i would have to report them to Frank i dont think im no a informer ?.Soi have 1 week to make my mind up and sighn the contract. What do you guys think should i stay or should go.,THANKS ,,,,,JAMES

Thats me leaving now. I will miss you guys but i wont fail. Two true V its the only way. And when im clean i wont say so many stpuid things. As iv said kim will keep you all updated. Im not allowed my pc with me. But with there help and gods help i will come home a better man for doing this.Have a very merry x mas and a sober new year. The tears are flowing as i have to leave my family but im doing it to better myself and live a normal life.il be leaving in  1 hour40 minutes. Anything from 6 weeks or the full  months they said as iv used so long i need intensive therpy but iv got to do it this time as i feel im running out of chances thanks R you keep moving forward im proud of you m8 ,,,,JamesPS my wife Kim is going to keep everyone updated

HI James I have know you over a yr now and have watched heroin addiction almost kill you more then once...I also remember you getting stabbed over a bad dope deal...you have tried to get yourself clean many times longer then I have known you...it time to do the inpacent and get this done once and for all...I wish you the best of luck with this

james i am so glad you have decided to go to inpatient rehab. to get off the streets and away from temptation for awhile is a good thing. please try to pray and if you can get your hands on a bible do some reading. it might inspire you and give you the inner strength you need. i will pray for you. when you can  let us know how you are doing or maybe kim can let us know. i will also continue to pray for her.

Hi James....I'm so glad to hear that you are going to get the help you need. Please do this for yourself as well as your family. You deserve a happy, healthy, clean life. It is the greatest Christmas present to give to yourself! I wish that my son would do this for himself also, but he thinks he has it under control. I'm just not so sure. You will continue be in my thoughts and prayers.

guyi get.I went to see it today its got 5 meetings a week and three councilors Frank one of the staff that the link,s  runs he,s a good gut.I need this so much to work, i have a week to sighn there contract il take the pc to let you kow how things are going. Yes James I think you should go.. You have tried this on your own and it has not lasted.. There you can learn the tools to stay clean.. it is in your home town You will be able to see Kim and it would give you a chance to get your past behind you. speaking to others has a way of getting the burden off your shoulders..
