I think Day 4 and finally not taking any tablets so far, really need some type of over the counter med for Restless Leg syndrome.  Any suggestions?

Kicking caffeine helped me most of all. Also stretching before bed. Keeping the legs warm in bed with an extra cover. Went on sertraline for a while for depression and RLS completely disappeared while I was on it, even if I had caffeine.
