Restless leg supliment

What was the name of that stuff people on here recommend for restless
legs. Can't seem to find it.

yea hylands but it by itself didnt really help me i would highly reccomend getting some potassium and magnesium to go along with the hylands and take all of the supplements about 30 minutes before bed

yess, magnesium and potassium are a must when talking of restless legs and maybe some valerian root can also help you . I used a sort of ice gel, the cold feeling really helped my arms and legs, some people liked hot but i swear for cold in those nights.
