It is day 10 and I hvw the urge to use again uh! I just don't understand I was doing well with urges but for some reason today I feel like some! Oh well I have to fight through it!
Hi all just wanted to check in somewhat antsy today my back has like a tingly feeling like the second or third day of withdrawl but all in all hanging in I went out on Tuesday and had some drinks felt okay energy coming back somewhat!
Im sorry!! Can you put on your Ipod and take a walk? That does wonders for me! Or watch a funny movie or read a book/magazine when you are home! You will over time find what helps you when you are craving! Promise.....it does get easier! Just takes time

Dominosarah pretty much covered it all!! AT night I found putting a big fluffy pillow between your legs sometimes would help also. It is annoying but the worst of it is almost over! Stay strong!
Day 5 today I am getting very antsy for some but I feel that my energy is getting a little better, thanks for all the support

yeah, withdrawl, follow sarah's advices with this RLS ( they are soo annoying and tiring:::) ..i would add the magnessium+calcium suplemment to the list too ...

Congrats on 4 days!!! You should start feeling better fairly soon i would think. Usually the 3rd or 4th day is the worst. There is a supplement called Hylands that many take for RLS. Some people have also wrapped their legs too. Bananas can be helpful as they are full of potassium. Soak in a warm bath and see how that goes too. Getting up and moving around will also help. I know this is tough and the RLS is miserable but it will go away. You are doing great so keep it going!!!!!!! sara
