Roll Call-We need postitive:)

It has been a month since a roll call so lets brag about our clean time now regardless if it's a day clean or a year. I love reading these:) I am getting close to 300 days and that is crazy to me lol. I have never been this far and it feels good. Brag away, we deserve it. One day at a time my friends.

I have said this before, but it's the newcomers that are just starting out on the road to recovery that help us so much too. It is a reminder where we were and gives us strength. Congrats to everyone on fighting for this, that takes strength. How many days are you clean and how has life changed?

Well i don't have a 100 days but I got like over 40 days clean from percocet, and on subutex.  But I still consider myself clean because i do not abuse subutex.

I have 24 days.....each day is a challenge, but so worth it.  My life hasn't changed so much as it is just much nicer to live it.  I was numb for so long.....now I want to enjoy all of the small stuff.  I sat on the porch today and watched a crazy thunderstorm and loved every minute of it.  A month ago, I wouldn't have even noticed that it was raining.

57 days every day is hard for me but its got to be worth the fight. We cant live as active addicts all our lifes for a start im getting to old LOL. But we all have to rember as addicts a slip can happen anytime as i well know.Our lives do change for the better the more clean time we get .I worked that one out for myselft after to many slip ups But today im happy Kim,s happy and my family are happy ,,,,,,,,,,,,James

Hi there. I usually do about 5-7 mg a day for maybe 2 or 3 weeks then stop, but only stop for 6 days and I'm tired of it. Just yesterday I had to take 10mg so I'm taking a break. And hopefully it will become just how it is, and not be a break. So I guess this is my almost one day completely clean. Yay. Congrats to everyone -M

I'm proud of myself and all the great folks on this forum who give so freely of their time and experience.

Hey dude well another month rolled by...t- 2mo and counting till hell sets in in phoenix
our summers are like your winters we stay inside anyways I got 188 days according to my tracker and I feel great...I always pictured addiction as a large talon from a bird of pray
stuck in my back right between the shoulder blades caring me helplessly thew the mountains....I do some air brushing I think im going to paint that this week...

Thanks to the grace of God and my 12 step fellowships I have 355 days clean today. Congrats to everyone that posted. I remember when 30 days seemed like a life time. One day at a time, we ca n beat this!

I  have not taken an Oxy in 457 days.  I have not smoked a cigarette in 347 days.  For all of you from 12 hours on up, you are doing a truely great thing for yourself.  I will not lie and say it will be easy, but I will say it will be worth it in the end, if you will just keep going.  One day at a time. One hour at a time.  One minute at a time.  One breath at a time.  Whatever it takes, dont take them and seek some type of aftercare,  it will bring the relief you need.

I've only been making some posts the last month or so.     I've been clean of any benzos for about six weeks now.     I have fibromyalgia which greatly disrupts sleep all my life.   I attempted to make progress by using some addictive drugs these past 14 years but will never go back to that.

9 days clean and feeling determined and happy.  I spoke to my Hubby and let him know what has been going on with the pill intake and apologized for any hurt I caused him.  He was very supportive  I spoke with my previous therapist who does not agree that an aftercare program with N/A is the best thing for me.  He is VERY well versed with me and will work with me on supporting me to stay clean.

well this july 4th my wedding anniversary would have been my 3rd year of sobriety from alcohol.. I can not longer claim this as I have been having a glass of wine here and there.. so for that today is day 3 off alcohol.. opiates for a lil over 11/2 years. How is it that I always manage to come on line at roll time. It must be a spiritual thing. First Things First.......My brother which I have written about on several occations HAS 1 YEAR CLEAN AND SOBER TODAY!!!!!!!
As for me I have 25 years and about 3 months.
I attend Narcotics Anonymous on a regular basis.
I stumbled through the doors at the ripe age of 26, and KEPT COMMING BACK.
Working with others has been my saving GRACE.............I love being clean
