Hey Denver.  I too was taking Roxies... I was taking alot of them.   Iwould snort about 12 a day.  So I know what yor going thru, trust me.  Also,  I want to tell you that this is a very crucial part.  I made it till Day 4 twice in the past 3 weeks and now I have to start over again this week.  Dont do it buddy!  Take it from me, I just took a minimal amount and it set me way back. You do not want to take anything and then have to start over like I did.  I wouldnt take the subs either. Specially since you have already made it to day 4.   You are almost there!!   Im only on day 2 for the 3rd time in 3 weeks.

I took my patch off a week ago 75 mcg, I had 35 methadone and 3 trams between then and Fri.  Sat was my first real day clean, so I am on day 3.  I am feeling week and nauseated....the anxiety seems to be lessening and I am going to slow down on the benzos.  I have had six in three days.  I am doing the Thomas Recipe and trying to eat even though I have absolutely no appetite.  Sweating was a little better last night maybe.  I have absolutely no cravings because I hate the stuff so bad.  It is just that I am in terrible neurologic pain in my hands and feet...that is the hard part. I am on them for pain...real pain.  But there has got to be a better way than a life on opiates where you lose your sense of self...there has got to be.  A big shout out to Ang and Christina for walking me this far....I love you two.  Christina we can do this together!!!  Right!

I went from 30 norcos a day to suboxone to 2g heroin a day!!!  If u r already at day 4 don't take any of that ****.  Suboxone is a very strong narcotic and if I had a few wishes one of them would b that I never touched them.  I only take one every other day, but still...wishing for sobriety.  Good luck.  B strong.

From what i've read and heard people's stories, subs is even harder to get off of....it's best to do it under a doctor's supervision for sure....in my opinion...i would just keep going and get thru the next couple days....you don't want another drug to have to come off of....it's better to just keep going and get it ALL out of your system......just keep reminding yourself, this a great thing you are doing!!

Honestly, I'm doing just CT and today is day 4.. I looked into the subs and stuff but I don't want to go from one to another.. I just want this CRAP OUT OF MY BODY :):):)

Would it help if I got a 16 mg sub and cut it into 4s and took that

yea it will set you back....it will confuse your brain and just make it scream for more....if you still have access to them, i'd flush what you have and cut all your sources out...you're mind is already trying to trick you into taking just one....don't do it....if you really really want off these things, just keep going and cut out all the sources you have...all of them....that way no temptation...i know it's hard, believe me,  just re-direct your thoughts....watch a movie, take a nap, watch comedies...anything...take a short walk.

If you read my post you will see that HALF of my brain LIES to me and the other half says NO.. The mental battle is the WORST.. However, I gave EVERY PENNY I  had to the only person that knows what I am doing and ignored every text from people offering to front me cuz money is never been an issue for me.. I always have money.. But I don't anymore cuz I gave it all away :):):)

I too am on day 4 of CT from 20 or so dros a day.. The first 3 days WERE UTTER HELL.. But today is the beginning of day 4 and I am seeing some light.. I never graduated to smoking the Roxis cuz it SCARED me.. BUT CONGRATS... THIS site has been a Savior to me.. EVERYONE has been there and gone through this

Yea I detoxed off hydros back on jan and was clean for a month then one day was like one won't be so bad

The physical isn't too bad, it's more  mental telling me if I go get some I'll feel better

ok....couple questions, have you detoxed before?  do you kind of know what to expect with the symptoms?  I was on a long nasty habit of hydros....about 12 a day of 10's for years and years...I CT'd off them 11 months ago...so I know it's tough.  But you can do this!

Hi and welcome...you are in the thick of it right now...usually by day 5 most people feel a little better....everyone is diff tho...depending on dosage and how long you were taking it....just hang in there....check out the Thomas recipe at the bottom right of the page....get some things from there to help with the symptoms...keep posting for support, this site is great for info and support...more people will come along soon to help you as well....sometimes it's slow on the weekends.  Most of all hydrate and move around as much as you can.
