Thank you all like it say's i'm actually sat here cry of all your repones. Thnks 4 your honestly thats what i need,
yet again were on day 2. I'm startnig to think rehab is going 2 b the only way for me. After 17 years my mind needs re setting to not thinkin like a addict.
thank you 4 saying you care as i have no 1 apart from my patner & kids ( that no nothing ) my mum died last years & dad 11 years ago so i'v no 1 to talk to thats why i love it here so much
I'm gona fill my tracker in lol i don't no why i bother, but deep down everytime i put subsrance 0 i think this is it this is the 1

That's honesty!!

If you think you need rehab you probably do. You have made the best decision of your life to get clean! Build on your two days and make the calls to get into treatment. I was a 15+ year addict too and 21 days in rehab (the spin dry) was such a great thing for me in 2001. When I look back at that time in rehab all I have is fond memories. It jump-started my spiritual life and gave me a solid foundation to live life.

We are here to give you support but listen to your heart and if your heart is saying get help then do it!!!!

Hi Nat......Its time to get it together and do something and i think rehab is what you need.  Your way isnt working.  You cant keep going on like this.  One of these days your body is just going to give out.  Take charge of your life and fight for you.  You are so worth it........sara
