SOMEONE TOLD IF YOU TAKE A XANX WITH THE MELOTONIN YOU WILL BE ABLE SLEEP GOOD

Yep that ought to do the trick.  I have no problem going to sleep but I wake up a few hours later with horrible anxiety so that's when I take the melotonin. So if you go to sleep but are waking later on you might want to take them then. If I take them when I first go to bed, I end up waking and can't go back to sleep. In otherwords they don't make me sleep the whole night through.

Beware the xanax. It can be painfully addicting, especially if used for a sleep aid. Thats where I am at right now at this point in time. Good luck. Hope you get to sleep better.
