how do i stop taking somas after 6 car accidents and 2 years of use. (about 8 a day) if i'm not having spasm and i dont take them, about midway through the day and into through the night. my heart starts pounding..over 110 beats per min. It SUCKS. i cant fall asleep or even rest..its impossible. i need to stop but its so unfortable it seems like its not worth it. i just want to be normal again. .....

why would you want to quit somas?

I took them for years120 a month. Last month my PM started writing zanaflex instead,  I had ZERO w/d's
