Cool! Then im not sure about the meds, I think it is really up to the person. I know once im healthy I will be able to take them for pain and never get addicted.

If it wasnt for the pain I suffer from I wouldnt even have been addicted to ms contin. Never felt I was. So really not sure how it works. Just know that after 2 and a half years my body was addicted.

Yeppers, head to the doctor instead of just covering it with pain meds. That way you will get the right kind of pills to fix the problem.

I dont think so, but would think about what further damage they can do your body.

I had that pylenophyritis a few months ago, and they prescribed predizone for it. Took it right out!

Only you know what you can do though.

So, basically your urine flow backs up into your kidneys? Correct?

The problem is once your brain is addicted to opiates you can stop for years and if you take pills you pick up where you left off. I was clean for 13 to 14 months last year. I took one pill for back pain and I new I was an addict. I wish I would have just delt with the pain cuz now I am on day 2 of getting off them. We all know how bad the pain is when you go through withdraw.

If you do need them make sure your doc knows that you have had problems with them so he can moniter you.

You should NOT be self prescribing for kidney pain, sweetie. if your kidneys hurt there is an underlying reason or condition for it. Go to you doctor and tell him ALL your symptoms. Also, make sure you tell him that you DO have a problem with certain pills. Painkillers are TERRIBLE for your kidneys....
