SUBOXONE

I wonder if I will ever feel halfway normal on the suboxone.  It is already 6 days.  I guess I want to be sure it will work.  I can't get out of my own way.

I was on Suboxone for 3 and 1/2 years and it took about 3 months for me to feel okay on it.  I went up to 32mg at one point and that was way to much for me.  Over the last year I was on 8mg and it did not give me the energy I had when I was on 32mg but it did  make me feel like I could work all day.  I have been off of Sub for 54 days nows and I feel better now then I ever did on sub.  The biggest problem I had on sub was severe constipation.   I was taking laxatives like they were dilaudid when I was on Sub. My biggest problem on Sub was trying to quit it after being on it for over 3 years, what a nightmare,  I was in bed for 23 days in horrific withdrawals.  Good luck to everyone

you will feel better/normal soon, promise...i didnt start to feel better for almost 10 weeks, but i was on methadone before the sub, which is harder than taking a shorter acting opiod like percs or vikes, just be patient and remember time heals...  you will be fine...you sound just like i sounded a few weeks ago...you will get there and dont give up you can do it...i am here if you need me...
