Should I just quit worrying about it?

I have scoliosis, kyphosis with mid-back pain, neck pain, and neck/R occiptal pain that progresses into 3 day migraines.  MRI showed bulge between C5-C6.  Doctor said that wasn't the cause of my "pain".  Finally went to orthopedic after all these years, and was prescribed more Vicodin and physical therapy (which feels good at the time but produces no cure.  My neck hurts when I wake up, my mid back begins to hurt around lunch, and it gets worse the rest of the day.  I find myself taking Vicodin probably 3 times a day, and 2 tabs 3x day when I get the migraines.  Recently I have had hand tremors and sometimes, hard to walk down steps due to shaking legs.  Is this some kind of neuropathy from Vicodin?  Seems to worsen after I take the Vicodin.  Also, am I ruining my liver with the Tylenol?  Always worried about having to take pain pills, but when I hurt all the time, I just don't care.  Surgery is not an option either, I have osteoporosis and take Forteo injections for 6 months now to build bone.  Any feedback, suggestions or recommendations?  (sorry so lengthy)

I really don't know much about any of the medical stuff except Ive had 2 back surgeries.  It sounds like your in alot of pain.  If the meds help and your not abusing.... then I wouldn't worry if you have to take them.  If you are abusing you will have to find something else for the pain.  If you have a good doc, talk to him - maybe he'll have some ideas for you.  Just wanted you to know ppl were listening - going to the park, be back later.
