Sinus Headache at night still detox?

Hi Y'all and a very Merry Christmas to you. I was just wondering-I am on day 19 (yay!) off opiates and am still getting a brutal sinus headache w/sneezing, pressure, and pain every night and ONLY at night. I know I know, take sinus medication...I can't. Even nighttime formulas make me feel like I'm on speed or something (not that I've ever tried speed) Because I'm still only averaging about 4 hours sleep a night I really can't afford to take something that makes me more awake and sketchy. I was just wondering if anyone else is/has experienced this? Thanks guys-I hope everyone is having a lovely holiday....Hugs...Lu

I am the same way with any sinus or cold meds. Its the ephdra in it. Advil sinus doesn't have the ephdra in it so it doesn't make me feel wired. Its the only sinus med I've ever found without it. Not cold and sinus though. Hope that helps some.
