Six months clean from oxycodone

This past Thursday I hit my 6months clean. This has been my first Christmas,Easter,spring and will be summer clean. It's like starting over as a child. Seeing things through new eyes. There is not a day that goes by that I regret getting clean,it was the hardest and most monumental things I've ever done. Everyday with my kids is a blessing. I let the guilt go that I had of missing so much of their lives because I was always in a stupor. Now I just live and enjoy every minute I have with them now. If you're just getting clean or deciding it's time. Hang in there,there is a rainbow at the end of the storm!!! ❤️ Krissy

Wow Krissy, that is so fantastic.  Congrats to you.  I can't believe 6 months has gone by.  I unfortunately, have to start over.  I start Tuesday.  That will my day 1.  I am scared but it has to happen.  I can't wait to get to where you are.  I did go to a couple of NA meetings and got a white tag (just for today).  It's something.  But I am looking forward to getting that blue chip! :)

Thanks all!! And yes it is so so worth it!! And I'm totally kickin arse jifmoc!!Lol ;) we were camping until Sunday so I didn't get my blue chip until yesterday. But that's ok,I got it and that's all that counts. This one feels diff,it feels extra special,a whole half a year!! Yay me

Hey Krissy a big congrats on 6 mo  that is huge and as you can see it is so so worth it....I still celebrate every mo im clean I treat myself to a pound of fresh shrimp  so do something nice for yourself keep doing what your doing it is working for you may you live in Gods abundant grace.............Gnarly...............
