Sleep ...yes!!!

5am right now and this is the time used to wake up each morning and begin using. But today , nah...not today ... I gotta travel for a few hours today so i downloaded a few kindle books and it's on to the next one. Absolutely amazing how I Can look at the exact same person, place or situation today compared to when I was high and see it in a completely different light. The fog is definately clearing!!!! An although I have no cravings nor any intention to use ....I have to admit that weekends make me feel so safe!! It's virtually impossible for me to be able to get any of my DOC here and that is such a sense of security for me. I hate what has happened to me but I live how I am handling it!

Yea I love those safe feelings thats what I loved about being in rehab for a month in a half. I knew I couldnt get drugs so it was so much easier but when your clean and out and able to get them at a simple phone call its hard as hell. It really is true that mental is 10x harder than physical. I hope it gets easier as time goes on but im 2 months in so theres no turning back now. What was your doc? Mine was heroin. I sometimes feel as though I crave the needle just as much as the drug itself. I am however enjoying being able to wear a t-shirt and not hide marks all over my arms. Life is good right now. Gotta stay strong

I did indeed! My best Night yet! So thanks to you!! ;)  an Addicted.... Mine was oxynorms...so thankful to be rid of it physically and your right the mental can be tough! But we're tougher!
