Sleep

I could sure use some sleep. When will i return to a normal sleep pattern?  I am on day 5 early and although I am getting over the heavy withdrawl phase, I want to sleep.

i sure hope so. I just took a shower and it made me feel better but not much. I am going to try again for a nap.

Eventually all pain meds and tranquilizers will turn on you but sometimes we are so messed up we don't realize it. Just remember what you are going through now so when thoes cravings hit you will be strong enough to resist! It is har but you can do this and believe me sleep will come back!

well  i got an hour in at least. Man i never realized just how poisonous pain meds can be.  i swear they made my actually worse.

have you tried any otc sleep aids? I usse Alteril you can get at cvs or gnc it works pretty well it is day 12 for me and last night I about 6 hours! I know that doesn't sound like much but for me it felt great!

Sleep should come soon. I think it was between day 7-10 for me. Hang in there and be patient it will come.
