Slowly weaning--withdrawal question

Hi, I have been reading the forum for a while now and have learned a lot.  I have had a legitimate horrible pain problem for 2 plus years....had surgery.....still have pain but a little better.  I am slowly weaning off of Percocet under the supervision of my doctor.  Basically going down 5 mg's every 2 weeks or so.  When I stop I may try to go to 1/1 5mg tab a day for a few days then stop.  What do you all think about this as far as how bad my withdrawals will be?  I am down to 10 to 15 mg per day at this point.  I still have pain so I have to do this slowly plus I don't want to get sick.  Is it still going to be bad once I get to zero a day?

Thanks!

I think you have to wait and see when you get there  attitude is important.  It's definatly easier then just quitting.  also depends if your mentally addicted to the high.  if your not then shouldn't be too bad.  just keep reading hear it helps big time.
