So far So good...

Ok, well still nothing. I got thru the weekend (almost), and thats an amazing step in the right direction. I cant remember the last Friday (payday none the less) I didnt pick up. Now its Sunday around 4pm, and I dont understand whats going on... Friday I felt so proud of myself, that helped get thru... Yesterday and Today I can hardly keep my eyes open. Is this "normal"?? Does it go away? I feel like this is the time I would start up again. I usually say, alright I need to get some stuff done and obviously I cant do anything like this.. Grrrrrrr!
I wont get anything. I dont know why I dont feel better then this, but I do understand that buying something - I will be at square one. Is being this tired part of the w/d? I am glad I dont have the physical w/d's i was having, but you still cant do much this way either.....

That lethargic part is the worst!!! It hangs on a while. I found that Whey Protein helped me a lot. I haven't heard if anyone else has tried it, but it was a huge turning point for me.
Once you can get moving again your strength will come back. Its great that you got through the past few days and that you recognise your pattern. I hated that crazy cycle. Like I was just waiting till I could justify another pill to get out of bed. What kind of life is that????
