So far so good

So far getting off ambien has not been bad. I slept pretty good last nite.

My neck does not hurt at all today..............I wonder................I hear Ambien use can cause neck and back pain.

Where's HOPSING.

Good for you Coolio !! You are doing the right thing. If you kept taking the Ambian, you would always need some prescription medication to sleep. You and Toxic are great examples for this forum. Sooner or later, everyone will sleep after pain med. addiction, without taking hypnotic sedatives or benzos.
