Hi all..I am feeling good today.The pain is manageable..The sky is blue and I am seeing a new me..today.lol...Tomorrow could be different but just for today I am good..Had my Grandson all weekend so alittle tired but,I am sleeping at least 4 hours at night.Woo,go me..For all u out there just finding your way to our community..It can be done..We do this together,with others who know where we have been and what we can do..Keep on going..U can do anything...Luv n Hugs...

Hey Girl good to see you great to see you clean..well your beeting this one day at a time  4 hours sleep is good from where your at  it will get better with time as for me im happy to get 6hr but that normal for our age I guess the pain should be getting better the body will start producing its natural endorphins and you will notice a difference I hope your in for a beautiful spring I remember those from when I lived in florida  as for us we never got a winter it stayed 70 to 78 all winter and spring now but like you the heat is coming so enjoy it wile you can keep posting we need people going threw it to show others trying that it can be done.......Gnarly
