So scared that I'm sick

I don't know what to do. Seeking help and answers is the only thing I can do. My best friend is shooting roxies. I don't know anything about drugs......and I am trying so hard to help her. It seems like some days she wants to be off of them, and others she doesn't care. She is like my little sister and I didn't even know how hardcore these drugs were that she was taking and I feel like if I realized or knew something about drugs that she wouldn't of started. I didn't know that it could kill you. Last night at 3 in the morning, I got a phone call. I found out that my friend from high school is gone. She overdosed- by shooting roxies. I am such a mess because I don't want to lose my best friend, my little sister. I love her so much and reality has hit and I know now that she needs off of them. I didn't know and it's all my fault....I should have stayed with her in FL...but now I'm in California....and I am rambling but I really need help...I am so scared and I don't know what to do for her. Please someone help me. Any advise would be appreciated.

Your best bet is to gather her friends and family, clue them in on what she's doing if they don't know, and stage some type of intervention. Then, hopefully, she'll go into rehab ASAP. That's about all you can do unless she wants help right now..in which case you can look into helping her find a rehab. Search the internet for drug intervention. You can find do it yourself guides..or a professional to help. Good luck.
