Sore legs!!!

Hello, I am a 34 year old man who has been off of roxy's for a bit over 2 weeks. My problem escalated to nearly 15 30mg tablets a day. WOW right? I quit cold turkey at first. After the second day, I got a few sabauxin (I think that's how that's spelled). I used them only when I couldn't stand the wall crawling. Now, like I said.... A little over 2 weeks, the wall crawling is over. Thank God. But, I have no energy and my legs constantly ache. I'm getting discouraged, like this will never end. I can't keep eating ibuprofen like I am. They probably will kill me faster than the roxys. Sleep is a problem as well. I just last night started taking Maletonan. It's an herbal sleep aid. I did sleep, but I'm not sure if that was the cause or was it just exaustion. I need to get my energy back and this leg pain to stop, for my sake and my family's. Does anyone have suggestions? I'm open for anything at this point.

I haven\'t actually went out walking, but I've been grocery shopping. Done some houswork. I just now started the vitamins. I won't give up..... NO WAY! Hot showers kinda take alot of energy out of me, so I think I'll start taking hot baths. Standing in the shower is alot harder than I ever thought it would be. LOL. Thanks for the advice.

Are you doing a little walking or some type of excersise. It really helps.
Are you eating well? Taking vits? Do give up. You don't want to go through this again. You are so close to being done.

Take hot showers or baths that will really help with the leg pain.
Your engery will come back but it always the last thing to come back. Hang in there!!

Thanks for the advice. All my family has passed away, so having noone to talk to about my problem has added to the problem. If that makes any sense. I cleaned the house today. Afterwards, omg. My legs hurt soooooo bad. It's depressing because when I was using, I could jog, and jump through walls. I was like a hulk. Now, I'm more like Peter Parker before he was bit by that radioactive spider. LOL.  I won't go back to using. I just won't! I will try your advice, and let you know how it works out. Thanks again.

You are nearly over the worst i promise you. I had my first sleep after 14 days and it was down to pure exhaustin. But you are at the end of your physical w/ds, it is rls (restless leg syndrome) and is one horrible feeling but it is nearly over as the no energy bit too. You have come too far now to go back my friend, you have done all the hard work. Try hot baths or showers or try walking, i know you dont feel like it but it does help, it helped me and most will agree. I hope you feel better soon but please keep going. The rls will go very soon as with the exhaustion as they are the last things to go. Good luck and keep posting if it helps......James
