Sore legs

Waiting for the Hot wings then a hot bath- And I was thinking after the bath I would use Aspercreme on my legs.  Has anyone ever used that for acheing legs?

YES, my bf rubbed it all my legs last night when I was twitcy magoo and it helped me a lot.

and I don't know why but the bath kills me but the shower is great.....guess bath was too hot at once.   How ya feeling?  End of day 3 for me and still hungry but I AM feeling better, tomorrow can only be better.  Hope you are doing ok..

Im doing okay....I was not able to jump all the way off but I am down to one pill aday....7.5 lortab.  I will tell you that is was a Pretty big drop.  This is my thrid week tapering.... Geeze I just took a hot bath and it seem's like I am losing some hair :(

Hey don't beat yourself up you are cutting back and there is nothig wrong with tapering on your own schedule.  I got myself down to one hydro Monday night, then Tuesday was first day of none.    You'll get there, it isn't like you haven't had a day with snafus!

HI tapering takes perseverance resolve and disipline your doing good you can cut back more if you need to just know there will still be discomfort even if you jump at 1/2 a pill
it should be manageable though but its never comfortable no mater how you go about getting off these things hang in there your almost there good luck and God bless........Gnarly

BTW try some potassium and magnesium it will help with the leg pain................Gnarly

Honestly. Everyone had totally different times and levels of withdrawals, but the common one we all share is the fatigued a hey muscles when you try to relax. If its not too bad, accasdionsl jumping jacks- easy fun way to get blood circulation to sto the a hey arms for a few. Or ( and I am not recommending this), but if it's really bad like mine was, you msy need the least addictive muscle relaxer or anxiety med. those or a bee ver very hot shower should help.
