I started taking valarian root at 2 weeks which really helped. I started noticing a natural difference at about 3 weeks. My biggest problem was in the morning. My body started freaking out that I didnt wake up and take a pill, so I started waking up and taking vitamins to trick my psychological fix. I, then, stopped having panick attacks in the am. Now, when I have anxiety, I look at what is going on to make me have an attack. Good luck; this to shall pass.
